1. Digital Product Policy

These include online courses, subject-wise test series, mock tests, practice tests, question banks, and other digital learning content.

Since access to the purchased digital product is provided electronically after successful payment, the product cannot be returned like a physical item.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Once a payment is successfully completed and access to the purchased course or test series has been provided, refunds will ordinarily not be available because the product is digital in nature and can be accessed immediately.

3. No Cancellation After Purchase

Once an order has been successfully placed and the digital course or test series has been activated in your account, the order cannot normally be cancelled.

Cancellation requests made after activation will generally not be accepted because access to the digital content has already been granted.

4. Exceptional Technical Issues

If you face a genuine technical issue caused by our platform, such as:

  • Payment successful but course not activated;
  • Duplicate payment for the same order;
  • Incorrect amount charged due to a technical error;
  • Purchased product unavailable because of a system error on our side;

Such cases will be reviewed individually, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with applicable law and our platform policies.

5. Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice for the same transaction because of a payment gateway or technical issue, please contact us with your:

  • Order ID
  • Payment ID
  • Transaction Reference Number

After verification, the duplicate transaction will be reviewed appropriately.

6. Payment Successful but Access Not Received

If your payment has been deducted but the course or test series is not visible in your account:

  1. Do not make another payment immediately.
  2. Wait a few minutes and refresh your account.
  3. Check your registered email for the purchase confirmation.
  4. Contact our support team with your Order ID and Payment Reference ID.

Our technical team will verify the transaction and activate access if the payment has been successfully received.

7. Incorrect Course Purchase

Users are responsible for selecting the correct course or test series before making payment.

Refunds will ordinarily not be provided for purchases made due to:

  • Selecting the wrong course;
  • Purchasing by mistake;
  • Change of mind;
  • Not reading the course description;
  • Not checking the included subjects or tests;
  • Personal decision not to continue preparation.

8. Account Misuse

No refund will ordinarily be available if access is suspended or restricted due to violation of our Terms & Conditions, including:

  • Sharing paid account credentials;
  • Redistributing paid content;
  • Copying or selling test materials;

  • Attempting to bypass website security;
  • Fraudulent activity.

9. Course Validity

Each course or test series may have its own validity period.

Users are responsible for using the purchased product within the validity period mentioned on the product page.

Expiry of course validity does not create a refund entitlement.
